Richard J. Pradarits, Jr. is a litigation attorney representing clients in trials courts, appellate courts, and arbitration. His experience includes:
- Representation of an ex-corporate officer alleging corporate fraud, resulting in a multi-million dollar jury verdict and settlement.
- Representation of a pension plan in an election contest involving constitutional and other issues, resulting in summary judgment in favor of the client.
- Representation of a corporate client in a trademark matter, resulting in restraining order and protection of client's trademark from continued infringement.
Mr. Pradarits has also served as a mediator in approximately one hundred mediations. He has received two Dallas-area mediation awards: 1999 Outstanding Mediation Attorney and the 1998 Louis Weber Award. Mr. Pradarits' other experience includes serving as a research attorney at the Court of Appeals, Fifth District of Texas at Dallas.
Mr. Pradarits received his bachelor of fine arts degree in journalism magna cum laude at Southern Methodist University. He received his law degree summa cum laude at South Texas College of Law. During law school, he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and the Order of the Lytae, and he received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence.
